11-62 type centrifugal fan structure:

The 11-62 centrifugal fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and motor.

(1) The impeller is made of 72 forward-facing thin-plate arc-shaped blades riveted with a wheel disc and a wheel cover 

(2) The casing adopts a steel plate welded integral structure, which makes the unit easy to install.

(3) The air inlet is installed on both sides of the fan, and the section parallel to the axial direction is a streamlined section, which enables the airflow to enter the impeller smoothly with less loss.

(4) The motor rotor is fixed, and the impeller is installed on the motor casing, which is directly driven by the rotation of the motor casing. Because the motor adopts soft characteristics, the speed of the fan can be evenly adjusted by means of a three-phase voltage regulator to meet the changing requirements of the system load.
